I have had so many glow plugs got out yet you only extend you warranty on 1 cylinder. With the higher costs of labor it seems imprudent to keep bringing my vehicle there. I can save money making the repairs myself or a mechanic with lower labor costs. There is a glow plug issue with these vehicles yiu should offer to fix the problem.

First trip from Fortine: A few hours to determine DEF heater out. Not in parts. Come back two weeks. Original estimate three hours to change out DEF heater. Took over five hours. Within 30 minutes, started getting Emissions message and check engine light. Now is counting down miles again. Coffee was good, but I can't afford the time or money to drive to Kalispell over and over.

While the east of making appointments (on the phone - not online - can never log-in) was easy, for the first time of my maintenance appointments, my experience was no a good one. First, LONG LINE at the service desk (overbooked? or just understaffed?); I waited over 90 minutes for an oil change that was pre-scheduled (I've never waited that long); It was the last of my warranty coverage but I got sent a note that I needed to pay (this happened at my last oil change as well); Track your vehicle NOT working instead I received a "Can we buy your vehicle" and here are the things you need - which I answered online then they never received it and claimed that was why it took so long, yet I received online confirmation. I eventually went and found someone (after standing in a long line again) and paid and left. Very disappointed. The employees at the Oil Service place are always friendly however.

Scheduled my appointment via the CORWIN email site. Specifically said I had a GM Service Bulletin notice which needed to be addressed with the Scheduled Service. Software Update needed for the brake system. Upon completion of the Service I was told the Software Update was not performed. Conflicting statements by the Service Staff, 1. Unfortunately, once again your service left me with many Questions. On Dec 23, I had the windshield pump replaced. On that date, your technician noted “Timing Cover Gasket: Engine front cover leaking oil. Possibility of water pump leaking as well.” Red: Needs immediate attention $3354. Interesting that on my April 8, 2025 service date, no mention made of the need to repair or replace the Timing Cover Gasket even though repair no work has been done. I was told by another service provider that there was NO NEED FOR THE REPAIR WHICH YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID NEEDED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Funny, if it was urgent in December, it wasn’t even noted as an issue on April 8. This is the at least the third time, since I bought my Enclave, that you have recommended or completed service that wasn’t needed. I am also disgusted with your total lack of response to my complaints over the last 7 years. I will never recommend your product or service to anyone!!! The last time I responded to your survey, not only did I get no response relative to my concerns, , but received two additional requests to complete your survey Please publish my response

I had an appointment for 11 o'clock and after 45 minutes of my car not getting in I had to ask what was going on. They then immediately got my car in. They did an inspection again after I just had one in December. They said my battery was bad and needed replaced. This battery is a 7 year battery and I have had it for only 3 years. I took my car to Les Schwab where I bought the battery. They checked it along with the alternator and said everything is good. I DO NOT appreciate being taken advantage of. I will not be returning to Corwin Motors for car repair or anything else!

I made an appt a month in advance to make sure the recall part had time to come in. They didn't tell me until AFTER my car was "done" that the part never came in. They also never waited for me to confirm the "fix" they did. I asked for a diag for an airbag light that was i believe $170?? They then told me they fixed it and it was a little more than the diag! I paid almost $300, they didn't even wait for me to respond! I should have asked more questions, but I won't be returning.

My experience with the salesman Mario Currie was fine. I'd like to see you speed up the time involved with the purchase process. It takes a few hours for several short meetings to do the required paperwork. I was disappointed when I got home with my new truck and discovered it does not have a homelink or similar system to open my garage door. Yes, I should have known that before buying the truck, it's just not something I even thought about. I assume any new vehicle would have that. Even the Jeep Gladiator, as simple as it is, has that capability.

My recall work went well. However, during the process I was advised that there was work to be done on my pickup. Work that amounted to several thousands of dollars. I was reluctant to have them do this work and I’m glad. I went to a trusted mechanic and he said none of this work was necessary. In effect, they tried to scam me for thousands of dollars for unnecessary work. Not a good business model.

Service was mostly completed satisfactorily. One small issue, TPMS are now misaligned with tire position on the truck, annoying but manageable. BIGGER issue is the systems used to intake, communicate, and followup on service. They don't sync, requested service during scheduling was a surprise at checkin. "We don't always get the full picture". During service the tech identified an issue that needed attention. The alert text was sent to my phone 20 minutes before I was to pick up the truck, actually notified while on my way to pickup. I would have added the service had I known. Solution was to schedule another time for that service, nope. Then, my truck is serviced regularly by the dealer. I frequently get email notifications that the dealer suggests service be done asap, when I just had it serviced the day before. All wraps into a frustrating experience and a poor rating.

I was told I needed a break job in the front. I wet and got a second opinion. It is the back breaks that need attention. The last time I had my oil changed I stressed the importance of looking and making sure I had no oil leaks. Well this time I do. It was not checked as I requested at my last oil change. It was important to me because my warranty was up soon. The female you have working in this department just says what she thinks you want to hear. She is not forthright. I have two more oil changes that I have already paid for after that I may take my business else where. I have been a returning customer since I bought my Buick. The second opinion said it was an old leak. I was not told where the leak was. I feel Corwin Motors ne3ds to make this right. The lady in that department is going to drive customers away. The people were nice but part of the job wasn't executed properly. I had my rear brakes serviced, among other things, and had to return to the dealership after pick up because the driver's side rear brake was noticably grinding. The technician diagnosed it as the dust shield rubbing and fixed it. After driving away a 2nd time, the rear brake is still grinding after I brake and make more than a 90° turn. I was too exhausted at this point to bring it back as this whole ordeal had already taken my entire Saturday morning. I will most likely go elsewhere to get this remaining issue serviced.

Cabin air filter door was broke off a second time and the engine air filter box ALL the screws were stripped out. I was advised the engine air filter was needing to be replaced at a cost of over two hundred dollars. Once at home I discovered the cabin air filter door was broke off again. I examined the engine air filter box and it is clear someone used electric or air tools to tighten the screws which stripped out the plastic holes. You would think the chevrolet dealership would know better. I called the service center and had to come back for them to look at the issues on the follow week. After some discussion and the manager looking at the issues, he agreed to replace both broken items but during our conversation he stated they just failed to document properly as he claimed the engine air filter box was stripped out before. I know the last filter I put in was not stripped out and I have only taken the vehicle to this dealership for any service but I am considering going somewhere else after these issues.

Came to get a new windshield but about an hour in Chris came over to apologize for wasting an hour of my time but the windshield replacement had a defect. A new windshield would be in the next day if I could come back. Told him not his fault and appreciated the fact that they stopped upon seeing the defect. I was back the next day and in a little less than 2 hours I had my truck back with a perfect windshield. Chris also gave me a lower price for the inconvenience. I have comments regarding the time it took to perform my 13k oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 4:30PM . I arrived early however I didn't get my vehicle back until 5:50pm. Time it took was excessive plus no one notified me that my vehicle was ready. I had to inquire at the pay desk only to find out the service department had already left for the day. The clerk was nice enough to go out and find my paperwork and keys. Total time at the dealership was 2 hours ... for an oil change and that was with a prearranged appointment. Not acceptable.

My sales person, Taylor was exceptional. My only issue was with my interactions with the first “sales manager” I was assigned. The person obviously couldn’t have cared less if I completed my purchase or not. He all but told me to leave when I wanted to add my wife to the title. He also refused to allow me to speak with the finance officer. I was wanting information on finance rates so I could make the decision as to whether to finance or pay cash. Apparently he didn’t believe that was a reasonable request. At that point he all but told me to leave the dealership and never return. After I left Taylor reached out, apologized for what happened and arranged to have the General Dales Manager contact me. The gentleman answered my questions, also apologized for what happened and I returned to complete the purchase.

The first factory recall for this exact item was well over a year ago. When the vehicle was brought in we were told after the mult-point inspection it would take awhile to get the parts needed, and we would be notified when to return . We Received an email less than two weeks ago, scheduled an appointment, and came in. Cause for the recall was left and right roof side rail, airbag replacement. This is twice now that the multi point vehicle inspection has supposedly been conducted by Corwin motors prior to any maintenance. First item on that multi point inspection is bulbs and lights. Supposedly they were all checked and OK. Completely false! There are two bulbs on that truck that have been out since its first ‘Multi-Point’ inspection. The next supposedly passed ‘Multi-Point’ inspection item is fluids oil/coolant/power steering/brake fluid/washer. Each checked out OK according to Corwin motors! The vehicle has a warning message on the dash for low fluid that has constantly been on…since the last ‘Multi-Point’ inspection, and coupled with the fact that there is a slow coolant leak which can be smelled, but not located. This is why we choose vehicle maintenance at other local businesses than Corwin Motors. We have zero trust in Corwin Morors for anything other than recalls. And after two of these multi-point inspections that are obviously fraudulent, We have even less confidence in basic services.

Wrong parts were ordered. Wait 3 to 4 weeks for new parts to come in. They actually showed up in 1 to 2 weeks but my numerous calls to the service person helping me went unanswered or returned until I spoke with 2 additional service people. Was told my ticket "slipped through the cracks". Drop car off for service at 830 as instructed for a 4 hour repair. Informed service person I had to have car back to 330 to pick up my kids and was assured it would be done. No call or update throughout the day. I call at 3 to see the status of car and was told it would be another 1.5 hours minimum. Had to scramble to figure out how to get my kids. Not a great experience. Also, one of the items repaired under warranty is still not working. While there I asked about an engine recall notice we received about or 6.2 engine. I asked if the vehicle could be inspected to see if it has one of the faulty parts installed so we dont get stranded or in an accident when the engine fails. Was told there was nothing they could do until the programming for the recall gets implemented. Couldnt even inspect the vehicle to see if it has the faulty part. So now we have zero confidence in our 2 year old car and we might get in an accident or stranded when the engine blows up. But hey when it happens we get a brand new engine installed which will probably take 2 weeks and not be done correctly anyway. Super negative experience overall.

It seems like the service center is committed to finding things wrong with my vehicle. I have yet to have a vehicle into the service center that I haven't been told I need new brakes on. This experience was no different. I had my vehicle into the quick lube to do an inspection for Turo. They said I needed back brakes but that my front brakes were fine. They sent my vehicle over to service and the service center did their normal inspection and once again said that my front brakes were not ok. I am not sure the discrepancy here but I am pretty frustrated. I had even talked to one of the guys in the quick lube department and he was confused about the discrepancy as well. The one bright spot was working with El or Elle, I am not sure her name. She was fantastic to work with.

I made our appointment for our 45k service on our Yukon well in advance. The girl told us an hour and a half when we made the appointment. I clarified with her it was for 45k service, she confirmed. Upon our early arrival for the appointment on 9/16, we were told we were only scheduled for an oil change and check the tires. How disappointing and super frustrating since we don’t live in kalispell, rather 1.5-2 hours away. The appointment scheduler failed your customer service department and us. Our service advisor on 9/16, Jack S., was very good and understood our predicament, so no reflection on him whatsoever and in fact, he’s the only reason this review gets any stars. So now, have scheduled another trip to Kalispell on October 10th, for the re-scheduled 45k miles service.

My experience at Corwin was not a pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the gmc canyon has around 12000 miles and is kept inside a garage and stored for the winter months. During the service I received text messages saying cabin filter, windshield wipers were in need of replacement. This to me is upselling and a bit of scare tactics on a vehicle that is practically new and has seen little use on dirt roads . I do understand that there is a check list for safety and routine maintenance and very much appreciate that. The work that was done was top shelf and done in the time frame the service technician stated.

I was very frustrated by the lack of price transparency. I had to comb my receipt and identify the errors in billing or otherwise they would have been completely comfortable over billing me. What’s more- among the services provided was an oil change. I paid one price approx $120 and the very day after I had my service done I received an email with a ‘coupon’ for the same service at $89. When a customer is paying thousands in repair costs it means a lot to see that a company looks for and offers the lowest available price. I had an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour for this. I had to get an appointment when it used to be a walk-in. I travel three hours for these oil changes and half way back over warning lights that my tires were at 40% psi for all 4 tires came on during a snow storm. I’m not happy this happened as I have three young children who were in the vehicle with me. Do better Corwin!
